Preservation Era Roster

Preservation began in earnest in 1996 with the efforts of the Friends of the Rosetta Railroad. On April 8, 1997, the 130th birthday of the railroad, the Rosetta Scenic Railroad came back to life, operating an ex-Santa Fe FM H-12-44 and Rosetta Railroad's own No. 19, a lovingly-restored 4-4-0. More would soon follow.
